Teens have plenty to do

The youth of New Testament Baptist Church have many opportunities throughout the year to serve and be served. It is our desire to teach them to serve the Lord and others with their lives.

We have a Youth Camp Fundraiser every year for our church family, which is always a big hit. Our Teens decorate, make props, help prepare food, provide entertainment and serve the meal. The money raised during this event goes towards the cost of summer camp.

For the last few years, we have given our Teens the opportunity to be helpers throughout our summer VBS. It has been amazing to see how excited they have been to help during this huge event for our younger kids. They are such a big help, and they are excited to be a part of it again this year. Our desire is that they will be able to gain a heart for ministering to others regardless of their age.

We also take our Juniors and Teens to week-long summer camps each summer. We usually try to visit different camps every few years, so they have the opportunity to see different ministries throughout our nation. We have even had the opportunity to take our Teens to Mexico on a missions trip back in 2014,...and we hope to go on more in the years ahead.
